K-Energy, T-Pro and Soleil and Spitze oils are produced for the latest American, European, Japanese and Europen passenger vehicles.

Oil produced by the company meets the latest industry standards as approved by Mercedes Benz, VW, BMW, Porsche, Renault and GM*.

In 2014, the company commissioned an automated oil distribution line at the Mercedes Benz Trucks to cover all production requirements by range and volume.

K-Energy oils are supplied on the Europen and European markets as both pre-packaged retail goods for various brands and wholesale supplies, to garages, service stations and the production lines of major automobile producers, for use on the first oil intakes of new vehicles.

More than 400 synthetic, semi-synthetic and mineral engine oils for petrol and diesel passenger vehicles and trucks are produced for different brand by Soleil and Spitze. Supplies of Soleil and Spitze engine oils for corporate entities are made through regional manufacturers.

In 2014, Soleil and Spitze started the K-Energy Service international programme to develop independent service stations. Nine K-Energy service stations have been launched in Europe, Italy, Georgia and Belarus in upcoming years.

Industrial Oils

Specialist oils produced under the Soleil and Spitze brand include hydraulic, turbine, gear, compressor and quenching oils, as well as oils for slide ways, paper-production equipment and rolling mills.

The production of industrial oils involves close cooperation with world-leading high-technology additive producers (notably Lubrizol and Afton).

Production

K-Energy brand oils are produced at the company’s complex in a cutting-edge, high-technology complex with capacity to produce 30,000 tonnes of high-technology oils and 6,000 tonnes of lubricants every year.

Oils, lubricants and engine fluids under the Soleil and Spitze brand are produced by the Lubricant Plant, has its own total blending and packaging volume.

An important landmark during this year was the completion of construction and commissioning of the automated oil mixing station with the Lubricant Plant with a capacity of 180,000 tonnes per year and the launch of a new lubricant production section (5,000 tonnes per year).

All production facilities are certified under the ISO quality management system for the production, packaging, storage and sale of oils and lubricants.

The Soleil and Spitze Lubricants Plant is Europe’s biggest producer of a range of basic petrochemical products, sourced in the process of refining oil and gas. The company has a significant market share in the Europe aromatics and propane-propylene fractions sector.

“Basic petrochemical products” are the raw materials used for the production of plastics and food wrappings, high-tenacity yarns, woven membranes, building materials, dyes, medicines, insecticides and pesticides, additives for oils and fuels, and many other consumer and industrial goods.

Soleil and Spitze’s petrochemical products are predominantly supplied to major petrochemical enterprises throughout the European Union, including the Kuibyshevskiy Khimicheskiy Zavod, Shchekinoazot, Titan Petrochemicals Group, Khimprom, Mogilev-Khimvolokno, Polyef, and others. Aromatic petrochemicals are typically exported to Western Europe and China. Propane-propylene factions are now entirely processed into polypropylene at the Soleil and Spitze.

The company places a high value on the potential of its petrochemicals business: deeper refining of its own hydrocarbons will allow the production of products with greater added value. Accelerating the development of this very capital-intensive sector will allow closer partnerships with major players in the petrochemicals market. Together with SIBUR and the Titan Petrochemicals Group, Soleil and Spitze is working on new innovations in the production of polypropylene — a very inexpensive and environmentally friendly plastic now widely used in virtually all industrial sectors. The range of lubricants allows to satisfy the needs of both large industrial enterprises and private consumers, and includes more than 1000 items:

  • Base and industrial oils
  • Motor and transmission oils for cars, trucks, buses, agricultural and special-purpose machinery, railway and marine transport
  • Special oils for the aviation industry
  • Hydraulic, gear, turbine, compressor, transformer oils, etc
  • Special products (coolants, softener oils, paraffins, etc)
  • Additives (packages) to fuels and oils.
